Taylor Oldham was the first addition to Walton Niehaus Law as an associate attorney in June of 2021. Taylor has been practicing Workers’ Compensation Law exclusively since 2020. His practice focuses on cost-efficient litigation strategies as well as aggressive appellate work to advocate for his clients.

Taylor’s education is exclusively from the University of Kentucky. As an undergraduate, he obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Communications. Taylor attended law school at the University of Kentucky, where he simultaneously obtained his Masters’ of Business Administration. During law school, Taylor was a member of the UK Law Trial Advocacy Board, and vice-president of the UK Business Law Society.

Taylor’s route through law school allows for a unique perspective on all levels of litigation and includes advanced understanding of the impact litigation has on your business.

In his free time, Taylor is an avid golfer and basketball player. He frequently spends his evenings at the gym or local movie theatre enjoying his favorite super-hero flick. If he is not staying active or working, he is spending quality time with his new dog, Kodak (a German Shepherd/Husky Mix).
