Clayton is an attorney with Walton Niehaus who primarily practices in workers’ compensation defense and subrogation. He is a cum laude graduate of Salmon P. Chase College of Law, and began his legal career with an insurance defense firm in 2015.  Clayton also has experience operating his own law practice and has served as an advocate for indigent criminal defendants while working for the Kentucky Department of Public Advocacy, where he gained considerable litigation experience. Clayton returned to insurance defense in January of 2021, and has represented the interests of Kentucky employers, both big and small, ever since.

In his free time, Clayton enjoys playing golf, going fishing, spending time with his family, as well as cheering on his favorite horses and jockeys at the racetrack.
